Lawn de-thatching is essential to maintaining a healthy lawn. Thatch is the buildup of dead plant material between the top growth and the grassroots. Thatch buildup prevents air, water, and fertilizer from reaching the root zone.  We use a de-thatcher, a mechanical rake, to remove the dead material.

Lawn renovation (seeding) - There are different methods to renovate an existing lawn.  At Superior, we will incorporate de-thatching, aerating, topdressing, and fertilizing to grow new healthy grass.
